i rated everything as a 10.reason is that I took about 3 weeks to explore services. I sent about 6 emails to suport, with different questions. within ONE day, every time, I got back CLEAR answers. I am in process of moving. I would like to get rid of my landline. the last problem was how to get faxes (I do a slight amount of business work from home) with Faxage, it is now possible, for a modest fee (MUCH less than the landline fee), to still receive and send faxes, AND to do it securely through upload/download through the web site I have set up multiple users, and can also use this for my kids (young adults ) who are in college, i can add them as users, and if I have financial documents they need to review, etc, I can fax to them, through the web site, etc. I will keep testing, but this program, and its support, is GREAT nick |

We used a compeitor for about a year. They were OK, but support was non existant and reliability suffered more and more each month.We switched to Faxage and couldn't possibly be happier. Their customer support is top notch - they apologized to me the other day for taking 90 minutes to reply to a non-urgent email. Their pricing is excellent for our needs (we are 100% send only) - I believe it to be the cheapest around. Overall it was an excellent move and I wish we'd been using Faxage from the beginning. |

Very Easy to Set UP

I rarely fax anymore. Most of my docs are scanned PDF and emailed. With the occasional incoming fax I need a inexpensive service. Set up was very simple and straight forward. My first sent/recieve fax was also very simple. I believe this service is cost effective and just what I was looking for.

Faxage.com is the BEST service you could get for internet faxing. Their ease of use is unbelievable. If you want to incorporate the fax feature in your own site, they even give you full API documentation! Customer Service is by far the BEST! And I mean what I say. I sent out a question and not even 30 mins. later I received a full response! Their customer support definately goes the extra mile to help! I have reviewed other services and faxage.com blows all of their competition out of the water! Faxage gives you more bang for your buck.....and then some! What more can you ask for?

Very impressed and very pleased with Faxage and the support group. I have received prompt support and replies from REAL people! It is very easy to set up, use and access. I highly recommend it to any one needing a web based fax service.

I have been using Faxage.com for a short time. I have had no problems with customer service. they are fast and responsive to every question that I have had. the service is easy to use and very flexible. With the cost of ownership verses using this online site, there is no comparison. I would definitely recommend Faxage.com to anyone. Great price, great service, and great product in my opinion.
