I love this service! I looked all over for a service where I could pay per incoming or outgoing fax with no monthly fee. Finally found it at faxitnice.com. I see other reviews that say this isn't possible but right on the homepage it says: "Choose your own toll free fax number, 3 plans to choose from, one with no monthly fee." Click on no monthly fee and away you go. There are more features than I use regularly, and I'm usually faxing pdf's so I don't have any issues with file types. The service has totally lived up to my expectations.

I've used FaxItNice for a few years, off and on, on the occasion that I really need to send a fax. It's very reasonably priced, supports all sorts of uploadable file formats (Word documents, etc), and with its ease of use, lets you jump in and send a fax in literally just a couple of minutes.It's a great service - kudos to the creators. |

Overall this is a great solution for me. I only use it to receive faxes as I have a fax machine to send from. I don't receive to the fax machine because it means getting another phone line put in. It's actually cheaper for me to use Fax it nice than to put in another phone line. For me, I wish there was a payment plan for "receive only". I also agree with the other review that mentioned having no monthly fee and just keeping the account topped up when required. I don't use it that often so I find my account balance always needs topping up just to receive faxes. Other than that, I think it's excellent to be able to receive my faxes to email so I can view them when I am traveling. Keep up the good work!

excellent service, reasonably priced ... i love it. i especially love the fact that i can access a document that i have faxed from a remote location. i needed a hard copy once when i was not at work and just went to the faxitnice page, clicked on my outgoing fax, and the document appeared. thanks!

Great Automated Solution

We use this to automate the delivery of reports from Crystal to customers who prefer to receive information via fax rather than email. Getting things setup correctly took a couple of tries, but now everything works great. It's completely automated and easy. The price is higher than other services, but once up and running, we've had zero failures.

I would like to see more file formats allowed. Currently it is difficult for me to create the preferred file formats for faxing. What is the problem with plain old .jpg/gif formats.
