I would like to see FaxitNice add the ability to fax a jpg file. This is necessary when I need to fax something with a signature on it.

Very Good Service With A few Improvements

Overall This is a great service. The Payment option / account funding is fine. BUT they need to make a few improvements... 1. The Phone entry should be more flexible in formatting the numbers. (I have an issue with this once in a while) 2. The page converting should be much easier to use. Some pages will not convert...I use a 3rd party fax converting system, then use that file as my source...Fax it nice should have made their system work better in this area. With that said, It is a Good Service and with a little bit of improvements it would be TOP NOTCH. |

I have used FaxIt Nice to the point where I subscribed to their most economic service. It is great where I can send a fax from my e-mail. But it find it less satasfactory because I cannot receive a fax without paying a monthly fee. It should have the capability to be able to send and receive faxed by using the payment system for "sending only" faxes. It should be set up where you use money to send and receive faxed based on the amount of money you put into your FaxIt Nice account, not a constant monthly fee.Please change your payment system where you can send/receive faxes by putting money into your account as you see fit. I want to be able to send and receive faxes this way. As it stands now I can only send a fax without aying a monthly fee. But you still have a great Fax service. Thanks. |

I have been pleased with service provided. I did look into several other online fax services but ended up staying with Faxit Nice.As far as customer support... I have never needed their assistance. That speaks for itself. I like the way a fax is delivered directly to my e-mail. |

I use this service a lot to send images, and I wish it was easier. Like if there was an automatic resizing to fit the page. Also, I agree with some other reviewers that viewing previews before sending could be a lot easier. But maybe I'm just too lazy!

I like service. When I need it, it works well.What would I like to see changed? I would like to see more options for converting files to faxes. I have had problems with this on occasions. I don't like the fax preview. It does not show the cover page. I am usually more interested in that than the content. I already know what the content looks like. Overall, I like your service. It is very convenient and works well. |

Option to change size of fax from Letter format to

Overall, I am very happy with the service.Would it be possible to give users the option to send their faxes in A4 format as well as Letter format? I live in Europe where A4 is the standard. At the moment, every time I use FaxItNice I have to remember to create my faxes in Letter format before uploading them to FaxItNice, which is not a huge problem but it is a nuisance. I have only rated FaxItNice a 7 for "Ease of Use" because the process for reviewing faxes before sending is cumbersome. When I click on the preview button, a TIFF file is created and downloaded to my computer which I then have to open via another program. I would prefer it if a click on the preview button could create a new tab in my browser in which the fax could be displayed. (I am running OS X on an Apple MacBook Pro, by the way) |

Much better than leaving home to fax

I have used this service several times during the past year. Overall this is a great value. I save the gas money plus the exorbitant cost per page that local businesses typically charge to send a fax. Normally the files upload quickly, but sometimes I have had to wait longer than I thought it should take. I frequently recommend Fax It Nice to friends and coworkers.

I love FaxItNice. I use the Send Only option, because I occasionally need to send a fax out, but rarely receive them. I love that you can prepay and never have to pay a monthly fee. Your credit remains good until you need it. Email-To-Fax support is also great!
