I am new to faxitnice so i haven't had a lot of experience with it. (I tried to only give a rating for customer support, but the system would have none of it!)However, I did have some problems signing up, and I have to say the support was pretty much fantastic. They responded to my emails instantly, and even called me on the phone hours later. They made very sure that I was happy with everything. So that certainly increased my confidence and feeling of commitment to the service. |

I've been using Fax It Nice for several years now & recommend it to anyone looking for an online fax service. I started out using it to fax resumes during a job search, after trying several others, and the setup of this service is great! I've recently recommended it to my boss and he loves it too!

I had to update my credit card information about a year ago (there was a credit card breach, and my bank had to cancel a lot of credit cards). My fax account with fax it nice was frozen. I contacted fax it nice, and it took a long time for them to respond. They did finally respond, and I told them I had updated my credit card information. They told me they reset my account and I could now use it. A year later, I went to use it again, and again it was frozen. This time customer support responded quickly, only to tell me my account is frozen because my credit card info is out of date! It isn't! They can't fix this problem in a YEAR!? |

Good interface; Spotty reliability and support

I've used FaxItNice.com for several years as my main fax service. I don't have a dedicated line, nor do I want to maintain one for faxes. FaxItNice.com used to be more reliable than they currently are, but it's "good enough" for now. Support is usually responsive, but occasionally tickets "fall through the cracks" and a ticket might not be addressed for a few days, or sometimes even a week. I would say that FaxItNice is an immature service run on a shoestring by a skeleton crew, but beats what a dedicated line and machine would cost. I do like the fax-to-email and email-to-fax functionality, though. |

Not too good on the service and support

They are OK for sending faxes, a bit cumbersome to use with multiple files. I have missed dozens of incoming faxes and they rarely get emailed as they are supposed to. Have made several attempts to get customer service and have never seen a response. I'd try someone else. Efax was 100% reliable.

Great faxing service.Customer support is not very good at giving personalized replies, they look like prepared replies from a list. But they resolve the problems quickly. Just wish they did a better job of answering questions when there is a problem, instead of the can'ed responce. Still, I recommened this service, I use it a great deal for my business. Saves paper and time. I don't have to worry about using a fax machine, is it working or not. |
