Reliable - Affordable - Complete

I got lucky. I found Faxage before committing to those other internet fax providers. Faxage is more price competetive and has all of the features I need. I've never lost a fax so I can't say that I've contacted support for more than requesting their API samples and documentation. I have been a loyal Faxage customer for years and I'm hoping to convert another company soon. |

I don't send or receive FAX's that often, but when I do I'm extremely pleased with being able to do it using my PC. With my old phone based FAX, and a single residential line, I needed to be present when receiving a FAX, in order to press the FAX button on my HP AOI printer. I can now read my FAX's from my email at my leisure, and without being present to accept them. Best of all, I was able to cancel my long distance service on my land-line, since our long distance needs are now met with our cell phones. Faxage is a PLUS-PLUS for our family. Thanks

This is my first time using the online fax services so I can't compare with another company. Faxage is great, easy and reliable. I didn't need to have customer support so far... and that is great.I recommended this service to some friends. |

I have never had any trouble with this service! You get a local phone number, you can send and receive via e-mail and if there's a problem with sending, you get a notice instantly.Add to it the fact that it costs less than $4/month and you have something completely unbeatable. I will never buy a fax machine again! (Let alone a phone line for it!) |

I did a lot of research on fax services before choosing Faxage. I'm extremely happy with my choice. The service has been easy to use, 100% reliable and very economically priced. Highly recommended!

Our company writes medical software and we needed a way to seamlessly fax over the internet from our product. Faxage has turned out to be the perfect solution, allowing us to do everything required from within our code. The technical support staff was outstanding in helping us overcome the initial hurdles and detailed, accurate documentation was provided. We really appreciate Faxage's flexibility and reliability.

I wish I could rate them higher. I moved over from a higher priced Online Fax service and I was hesitant but I have used all aspects of this service - Faxing, Receiving faxes, Options like accounts, Lists etc, and contacting Customer Support (via email and phone call). Faxage has not disappointed yet. Who knew you could find this kind of service, reliability and features at this cost! Keep it up - you have a long time customer.
