We send thousands of faxes each day and Faxage has reduced our outgoing fax costs and improved our reliability of sending faxes. An whenever we want something changed (i.e. add a line), the customer support has been very quick to respond.We have automated our fax service via Faxage web-based API that allows our servers to send fax requests and query fax status without human intervention. This web-based service has been very reliable and we use it 24/7/365. |

The best part is the pricing, reliability, and ease of use. Prompt attention to problems is excellent(very few problems, and most of those were user related. Read the directions). But most of all, for what its worth, you're an American company based in America. Your english is much better than those in India, or where ever some of those other online fax companies are based.

We are extremely pleased. Faxage integrates seamlessly with our CRM software, allowing us to keep track of ALL communication with our customers - automatically linking to our files. We couldn't ask for better service or rate!!!

Inexpensive and reliable

It is a great money saver for us since we don't fax that much, but still need access. Also, I love having every fax arrive in PDF format since I can keep my office as paperless as possible! I have never tried any other online fax service, so don't know how to compare it to others. We chose faxage based on price mainly... The webpage is relatively easy to use (I'm a self tought web designer so I'm pretty good with computers). However, it seems that the site could flow a little better and be a little more visually appealing. Though the service is very professional, the website itself does not reflect it. Had I not been shopping based on price and service, I may not have chosen faxage based on the site itself. Keep up the good work! |
