Inbound fax still needs work

I only use the incoming fax feature, and have had problems with people that can't connect to my fax line. This is not due to busy signals because the people call me and say they can't even get the phone to answer. Even after working with Faxage to specifically set up a fax # to receive, it still hasn't worked. It appears there are issues with modem speeds between the sender and receiving fax.

This is probably a small percentage of faxes that have a problem, but running a small business, I hate to miss even one fax.

I use only the API for my web application and it works great, I even needed a special stopFax API and they developed it a few months later.
Very pleased with the service and customer support!

I wish they had a drag and drop feature or the ability to add multiple files at once. I am also not thrilled with the clarity of 300dpi PDF's.
