It's great to have a dependable fax service at a low cost.I have told a number of people to use this service. With Faxage I get great service with no hassles. What more can you ask for! The only suggestion that I have is that a flash presentation telling about the features available and how to use them would be a added bonus. |

I've never had an issue. I don't fax a lot, but when I do, there's never a problem. I get a bill emailed to me every month. It's always correct. Keep up the good work.

This service is as close to perfect as you can get. Customer support is absolutely wonderful. Value is excellent.If they would just make it more intuitive to add/upload your outbound fax files, my 85 year old mother could use it. Thanks so much for a great product! |

The Fax system I was looking for

I have between zero to 100 fax pages per month (send/receive). FAXAGE is giving me the right service at affordable price. It is the perfect solution for a small business (I did a research and compared about half a dozen of the most popular Internet fax services). After one year - still very satisfied.

Economy plan fits my needs and was less expensive than other sites I checked. One possible glitch is that my sign-in repeatedly fails on the faxage page accessed by the link in the notification emails, although I am definitely using the right name, org, password. It works fine when I navigate to the login page directly, without using the email link.

You Deliver What You Promised!

Like anything new, there is a learning curve with Faxage. However, I am pushing 50-years old and was not raised around computers. I only know enough to do what I need day to day at my business. I caught on quickly to driving Faxage. When I had a question Tech Support responded quickly and politely. Your service is reasonably priced and I pay as I go. Faxage eliminates an office machine I have to maintain. It is accessible anywhere I can get Internet. When I receive a fax it shoots out to as many emails as I choose. What more could a business man ask for? You deliver exactly what you promise at a very fair price. Why isn't everyone using your service? Faxage makes the office fax machine obsolete!

Saved me $600/yr

My parents run a small business and maintain a fax machine for the occasional customer who doesn't know how to send orders via email. The phone company charged them $50 for the fax line. I also used their fax occasionally and had to drive across town to get faxes. Now with Faxage they are saving $600/yr and the faxes come right to me, so we can both use the service on two sides of town and save gas too.I love the features and customization. My only suggestion would be to make the cover page more customizable. |

Occasionally I have a hard time finding what I need. I love having this service. The price is so low that I don't feel guilty about spending the money even in months I don't use it as I don't have a business. It's nice not to have to drive to the fax place to send one! Thank you! Sherrie

Reliable service, but could use a little bit of work on the interface. Managing the user account is a little confusing. There is a logic to it, but it's more of an engineer logic than regular human logic.Other than that, I'm very happy with the service. Props to the engineers/programmers for their efforts |

This has made my life so much easier, I just fax my invoices right out of my quickbooks program and the invoices are received immediately.
