Last updated November 30th, 2009! Choosing a faxing plan is simple when you know what it is that you actually want (and need). The table below gives you a breakdown of the fax to email plans offered by the providers featured on this site, and details pricing, included fax pages, faxing features, and links to the reviews and websites if they are available. The first step to choosing your fax to email provider should be to decide what kind of a fax number you need, be it a local fax number in your area code or a toll free fax number across North America. Once you know what fax number format you want, use the Real CPP (more information in the blue box below) to compare the fax pricing plans and finally choose one that will suit your needs. Always consider researching what others are saying about the fax to email company before signing up. If an internet fax provider has a review page, there will be a direct link under the "Review" column. Use this page to read up on the features as well as other people's past experiences and ratings with the faxing service. Of course, you can also always post your fax questions in the Internet Faxing Forums and either one of us or the faxing company's representative will be happy to answer you. Finally, don't forget you can always click on either the fax company logo on the left or the "Order Now" link on the right to visit the fax provider's site. Real CPP / CPM: As a basic method of comparing the per-dollar value of each fax plan, the CPP, or Cost Per (fax) Page / Minute is calculated by dividing the monthly rate of the fax plan by the amount of fax pages included for free (total of incoming and outgoing). This will give you a number to compare to other fax to email plans as it is the price you are actually paying per fax page/minute sent if you were to use up all of the fax pages included in the plan without going over that amount. The table by default has the fax plans with the lowest CPP/CPM listed at the top. While we try to keep this table as up to date as possible, occasionally we slip up and miss a change or put in the wrong information about the listed fax to email services and plans.
